“Client”, “you”, or “your” refers to the individual or entity using our services.
“Services” refers to the executive assistance and lifestyle management support provided by EexPrivée.
2. Eligibility
Our services are available exclusively to individuals aged 18 and over. Clients must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and must be capable of providing accurate and complete information during the onboarding process.
3. Scope of Services
EexPrivée provides tailored support in the following areas:
- Executive & personal assistance
- Lifestyle management
- Global travel and logistics coordination
- Access to exclusive services, vendors, and experiences
The specific services rendered will be defined during your Confidential Consultation and Personalised Onboarding, and may evolve over time.
4. Confidentiality
We maintain the highest standards of discretion. All client information, communication, and engagements are treated as strictly confidential. We may require a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to service commencement.
5. Fees & Payment
All fees will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before services begin.
Services may be billed hourly, monthly, or project-based, depending on the arrangement.
Payments are due as specified in your client agreement or invoice terms.
Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension or termination.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information
- Cooperate with your assigned assistant and respond to communications in a timely manner
- Notify us promptly of any changes to your preferences, availability, or expectations
- Ensure lawful use of services and not request or engage in any illegal activity
7. Third-Party Services
EexPrivée may facilitate access to vetted third-party vendors or service providers on your behalf. While we use due diligence, we are not liable for the performance, reliability, or conduct of third parties. All engagements with third parties are at your discretion and subject to their own terms and conditions.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice.
Upon termination:
- Any outstanding payments become immediately due
- We will securely return or delete your data per our Privacy Policy
- Services will cease in an orderly manner to ensure a smooth transition
We reserve the right to terminate services without notice in cases of abuse, unlawful activity, or breach of these terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials provided by EexPrivée are owned by us or licensed for use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- EexPrivée is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for losses resulting from delays, third-party failures, or unforeseeable events
Our total liability under any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding 3 months
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, pandemics, or natural disasters.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
